The Company was established in 1998 by the title: Hellenic Constructions Ltd. In 2004 changes its name to Hellenic Projects Ltd. and in 2007 acquires its present name Hellenco Ltd. The company develops its activities in the Private and Public sector, as well as in the field of consulting services. Hellenco has a strong presence in Bulgaria and the region. Тhis professional presence allowed the Company to achieve a wide spectrum of experience and abilities as well as an excellent authority, and at the same time to gather a capable and reliable personnel and to acquire a rich catalogue of clients.

The whole Company’s structure and organization in the fields of its activities, its personnel of experienced and skilled engineers responsible for the organization and execution of the activities, the work with skilled technical leaders and capable technical staff, the availability of engineering equipment, the co-operation with experienced sub executors and suppliers with proved commercial authority, allow the Company the assuming and the excellent and in time execution of all kinds Technical projects all over Bulgaria and abroad. 

The  philosophy of management of Hellenco bases on the in time completion of the assumed projects, with a strict control of the budgets, the execution of the required works with materials of a high quality, applying professional and creative decisions and modern organization technologies.

Тhe Company extended its activities with construction and reconstruction of building with professional purpose, construction of industrial and other production enterprises, utilization of  parcels in big cities in Bulgaria and generally in all fields of the technical works, in the public as well as in the private sector.

The Company disposes and uses mainly modern technological and engineering equipment of its own, which is appropriate for the excellent execution of the construction works which assumes, continuously renews and completes the equipment according to the needs of the assumed objects.

Hellenco is registered in Central Professional Register by the Bulgarian Builder’s Association and also is а member of the Technical Chamber in Sofia and the Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria.
