From its establishment since nowadays Hellenco Ltd. performs a wide spectrum of construction works.

The most important projects that the company assumed and executed are:

• 1998 - 1999:      construction of 9 commercial offices in big cities in Bulgaria,  on the account of the Group of companies for selling of products concerning the information and high technologies GTC S.A..
• 1998 - 1999:      repair and modernization of the central administrative building of the Group of companies for selling of products concerning the information and high technologies GTC S.A. in Sofia.
• 1998 - 2000:      execution of construction projects on the account of the National Electricity Company in Bulgaria. The construction and other works were executed in Sofia and other cities.
• 2000 - 2002:  construction of three luxurious mansions in suburb of  Sofia.
• 2001 - 2003:  reconstruction and furnishing of the luxurious residence of the members of the  Diplomatic corpus in Iztok, Sofia.
• 2001 - 2003: project, construction and equipping of 2 industrial enterprises in Аsenovgrad and Chirpan.
• 2002:  reconstruction of offices of the Company for mobile communication Cosmo Mobile Bulgaria S.A., subsidiary company of the Greek national company Ο.Τ.Ε., in Bourgas and Pleven.
• 2001 - 2003:  reconstruction of new branches of Piraeus Bank in Bulgaria in the cities:  Plovdiv, Blagoevgrad and Varna.
• 2002 - 2003: installation of 16 prefabricated houses in Kavarna, Veliko Tarnovo and Velingrad.  
• 2004 - 2005: reconstruction of 6 branches of Piraeus Bank in Sofia.
• 2005 - 2006: reconstruction of 11 branches of Piraeus Bank in Sofia, Pernik, Pazardjik, Shumen, Veliko Turnovo, Dobrich, Τrojan, Кazanluk and Dimitrovgrad.  
• 2006:   installation of 12 prefabricated houses in Varna and Balchik.  
• 2006:  construction of new store for sport goods Intersport in the trade center Mall of Sofia.
• 2006:  reconstruction of a new branch of Piraeus Bank in Svilengrad.
• 2006:  reconstruction of a new branch of Alpha Bank in Turgovishte.
• 2006:  reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Business Park, Sofia.     
• 2006:  construction of two base station for mobile communication of Globul Cosmo Mobile Bulgaria in Veliko Turnovo and Gotse Delchev.
• 2006:  works concerning the electric power supply of 3 base stations for mobile communication of Globul Cosmo Mobile Bulgaria in Stara Zagora and Chirpan.
• 2006:  start of construction of a private mansion with luxurious apartments,  in  Ilinden suburb Sofia
• 2007:  reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Lozenets, Sofia.
• 2007:  reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Sliven.
• 2007:  reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Stara Zagora.
• 2007:  installation of 9 prefabricated houses in Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo and Trojan.  
• 2007:  reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Blagoevgrad.
• 2008: reconstruction of two new trade stores of SPRIDER STORES in Sofia.
• 2008: reconstruction of a new branch of Εmporiki Bank in Lovech.
• 2008: c onnection of the  „Chipita Bulgaria” factory with the water supply network of Sofia.
• 2009:  structural cabling of two maintenance centers of Globul Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile in Sofia and Plovdiv.

All the above-mentioned construction objects, which Hellenco assumed and raised, were executed according to all requirements and standards of the modern technology and development in the field of construction and electromechanical installations.
