“Hellenco” co-operates with “Environmental Technology S.A.” a leading company focusing on the development of technologies which confront environmental problems. The company specializes on the design, construction, operation and maintenance of:

Both companies operate under the most modern organization, monitoring and control forms of administrative, financial and operational procedures according to the ISO 9001:2000 specifications. Equipment used by the companies comes with a conformity certificate (CE) and meets the requirements of the European standards.
At the same time “Environmental Technology” conducts research in co-operation with domestic and foreign universities. The research and development department observes and records the progress in the fields of water, solids and wastewater worldwide. In co-operation with the other departments of the company as well as with foreign and domestic universities it promotes the design of new products and technologies.
Since 2005 the companies have developed relevant activity in Bulgaria and focus on the promotion, trade, installation and technical support of systems and apparatus for environmental management projects in the greater Balkan market.
Further to the above the companies extend their activities towards the technology for utilization of alternative energy sources which comes from the biogas produced in the wastewater and solid wastes treatment plants. In this way the cogeneration of “green” electrical and thermal energy is achieved.

ENVIROMENTAL TECHNOLOGY S.A. undertakes ”turn-key” projects since 1980, when the issue of water –consuming industries imposed to the design and construction companies to supervise the operation of the industrial waste water treatment plants. Today integrated services are provided to the industrial waste water treatment sector, in specific:

Solid waste management with the construction of Sanitary Landfill sites is a subject that “ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY S.A.“ has developed since 1996.

Environmental Management System Support Department
Environmental Technology S.A apart from the design & construction of waste water treatment plants also undertakes their operation and maintenance. For this purpose a department has been created which comprises all the necessary resources and several years of expertise, in order to provide quality services.
Continuous investment in state –of –the –art technological equipment and staffing of the department with continuously trained employees, ensures ideal service to our clients and long-team support of our products.
For this reason it has fully equipped chemical-microbiological laboratory (certified according to the latest European directive) a portable chemical laboratory, appropriate storage spaces as well as technical support from the technical department of the company. Given that the cost of operation and maintenance for a waste water treatment facility is relatively high, the operation and maintenance department of ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY S.A. disposes for each project, depending on its extent and necessities, the needed man power as well as the technological equipment in order to contribute to the reduction of the cost. Proof of the successful development of the department of operation and maintenance of “ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY S.A.” is given trough several projects that the company has undertaken all around Greece.
